O Týnské

Název sice implikuje vřelý vztah k literatuře, ale rozhodně to neznamená, že se zde musíte pilně soustředit pouze na četbu. Pokud zrovna nemáte chuť listovat v bohaté nabídce pevných vazeb, můžete si třeba dopřát sklenku vínka nebo šálek dobré kávy s kamarády. Malebná Týnská ulička v centru města je skvělým místem nejen pro setkávání s přáteli, ale současně klidným prostorem k rozjímaní, studiu či čtení knih. Dokonce i menší jedlíci se mohou spolehnout na to, že zde nepřijdou zkrátka. Lze pronajmout prostory k soukromým akcím.

You could walk by the beloved "Literárka" and never know that you passed it. Literárka, as the locals call it, is tucked behind the overbearing steeples of Týn Cathedral, and finding it is part of the adventure. Once inside you'll understand right way why it is a favorite spot for local students, artists, and wanna be writers. After all, its name in English can be translated as "Literary Cafe" and knowing that you will probably not be surprised to hear that it is also a publishing house for local writers. Housed in an impressive building dating back to the middle ages, you can definitely feel Prague's atmosphere and charm, especially with the arched ceilings and the buzz of Czech all around you. The courtyard, with outdoor seating is probably the best option in the entire center in the summer, because it tucks you away from the busy­­­ city in such a pleasant way. Don't miss out on the nakládaný hermelín or unpasteurized Bernard beer.
